The Oregonian Online Sucks

See for yourself. I think it's pathetic that a major metropolitan newspaper cannot commit the resources to create a reasonable online paper.San Francisco Chronicle's SFGate is far superior and the New York Times is the best thing going. L.A. Times, Washington Post and many other cities have quality online papers, but Portland is sadly lacking.

It's a chain. I've seen other newspapers with the exact same online layout. Whatever company is putting that slapdash crap up needs to be stopped.

It sure does suck. I just moved to Portland from Seattle and I am quite disappointed in the downgrade.

it's true. Oregonian stinks. No content. It's getting shorter, fewer content, so anti-church, anti-Republican, definitely has it's own agenda. No wonder it has fewer subscribers. It's doesn't serve Eugene anymore, nor does it serve Eastern OR or Medford. It won't be missed if it goes belly up!
